Стратегия поглощения, при которой инвестор немедленно оплачивает около половины расходов на поглощение своими акциями, а оставшуюся сумму выплачивает через пять лет в зависимости от доходов поглощенной компании. Результатом этого становится рост прибылей при минимальном "разводнении" акционерного капитала. Позднее, когда в результате оплаты оставшейся части произойдет дальнейшее "разводнение", можно будет произвести следующее поглощение, которое станет своеобразной компенсацией и одновременно ростом корпорации.
